RECIPE KEY NUTRIENTS
Medium-chain triglycerides (MCT | Iron | Vitamin | Calcium | Potassium
CHOCOLATE PUMPKIN PIE SPICED TRUFFLES
- 1 scoop of Nutiva MCT powder, vanilla flavored
- ¼ cup of nut or seed butter of choice *
- 1 tablespoon of coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
- ½ tsp of pumpkin pie spice
- 1 scoop of Four Sigmatic Adaptogen Blend mix
- ¼ cup dairy-free chocolate chips plus 1 tablespoon
- 1 tsp coconut oil
In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, hemp seeds, MCT powder, nut butter, adaptogen mix, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips, and coconut flour. Mix to form a thick dough.
Roll into eight balls. Refrigerate or freeze for at least one hour until firm.
Melt the chocolate chips, slowly stir in one teaspoon of coconut oil. Dip/coat each ball in chocolate. Transfer to a plate covered with wax paper. Refrigerate until the chocolate sets up. Enjoy!
