- 4 cups chopped romaine
- 4 stalks celery
- 1-inch ginger
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 pear, cored
- Juice of ½ lemon
1. Wash your produce of any residue or pesticides first, especially if the produce is not organic. Peel the lemon and make sure the pear is cored.
2. Add all ingredients to your juicer and enjoy right away.
If you don’t own a juicer, don’t worry. Blend all the ingredients like in the instructions, then pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve and enjoy!
