The colder weather is beginning to kick in over here and Halloween is right around the corner. Maybe that’s why I can’t get tasty treats off my mind right now. I do know that a lot of my clients always ask me for fun Halloween snacks and treats that are healthy. So, I gathered my three best quick and simple Halloween dessert ideas that are also vegan too.

But first, why do we want to gather healthy recipes if Halloween is all about the sugar fest? Well, for starters, we want to have a healthy mindset around food. So, we never demonish foods into good or bad. We do want to make sure we are eating a healthy, balanced diet with the proper amount of vitamins, minerals, protein, carbs, and healthy fats. These Halloween snack ideas are perfectly balanced recipes.

How Far In Advance Can These Healthy Halloween Snacks Be Made?

You can easily make these Halloween desserts and snacks a few days in advance. Storing them in the refrigerator is easy. These treats don’t need any reheating necessary. You can serve them cold or bring them up to room temperature. They are the perfect grab and go vegan snack to make for Halloween.
