E-BOOKS & PROGRAMS

Due to the digital nature of e-books and courses, and the fact that digital content can't be returned, all e-books and courses are non-refundable. To date, we have never had a refund request and feel confident that we've laid out everything you get in the description above. Please read the details and description of each e-book and course, so you understand exactly what you are buying. We're committed to making sure you have the best experience possible. Please email us with any questions, and we will always give you an honest answer so you can make the best decision for you. We're happy to answer any questions.

Shipping Policy

We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process. Shipping and handling charges are reimbursement for the costs we incur in the processing, handling, packing, shipping, and delivery of your order.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier/delivery. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

If you have entered incorrect shipping information and fail to notify us before your order ships, you will be contacted when/if the carrier returns the package to our office. If you donโ€™t respond within 2 weeks, we will return the item(s) into our inventory and refund the full amount of the order, less the shipping, and credit card transaction fees. If your package is re-shipped, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Eat Your Nutrition is not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order, as we are unable to reroute packages.
