– 1 cup water – 3 tbsp grass-fed gelatin powder, unflavored – 1/4 tsp peppermint – 1/2 tsp vanilla – 1 cup maple syrup – Pinch salt – Optional: 1 tbsp of marshmallow root powder or Leaky Gut Revive powder (1 scoop).

Recipe Variations:

Make a plain version, omit the peppermint extract, crushed peppermint candy canes and chocolate drizzle. Double the vanilla extract.
