I packed all the essential foods for hormonal health in this best green hormone balancing smoothie recipe. It tastes delicious and is so easy to make. One of my favorite hormone diet recipes, that I love to call my estrogen smoothie.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup organic kale
  • 2 tablespoons fresh organic parsley
  • ½ banana
  • 1 tablespoon organic dandelion greens
  • ½ cup coconut milk beverage or dairy-free milk
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Blend all the ingredients in a blender until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a glass, and top with optional blueberries, coconut flakes, and hemp hearts, enjoy.
