- 1 cup organic kale
- 2 tablespoons fresh organic parsley
- ½ banana
- 1 tablespoon organic dandelion greens
- ½ cup coconut milk beverage or dairy-free milk
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a glass, and top with optional blueberries, coconut flakes, and hemp hearts, enjoy.
