- 3 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- pinch of sea salt
Blend all ingredients in a blender for 30 to 45 seconds.
Strain the mixture over a large bowl through a fine mesh strainer.

Recipe Tips: If you prefer unsweetened oat milk for taste or a lower sugar content, omit the maple syrup. Additionally, if you prefer plain unflavored oat milk, omit the maple syrup AND vanilla extract. You can also make chocolate oat milk by adding in a tablespoon of raw cacao powder.
