Hormone balancing smoothies are an easy way to get in the proper nutrients in the beginning of your day.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 banana frozen
  • 1 cup blueberries frozen
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons ground flax seed
  • 1 teaspoon cacao nibs plus 1 additional teaspoon for topping
  • 1 teaspoon goji berries
  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 teaspoons hemp hearts
  • 5 blueberries for topping

Instructions
 

  • 1. Blend the milk, banana, blueberries in a blender until well combined.
  • 2. Stir in 1 teaspoon ground flax seeds and 1 teaspoon cacao nibs. Pour the mixture into a bowl, and top with blueberries. Sprinkle with hemp hearts, coconut flakes, goji berries, and additional cacao nibs. Enjoy.
