Crave Worthy Cookie Dough Overnight Oats

This is my play on that delicious cookie dough treat, but made into a healthy overnight oats breakfast option. I have recreated the taste of cookie dough. But into a healthier version for you to experience. Cookie dough overnight oats with chocolate chips are the breakfast I have been eating a few times a week on repeat.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup quick cooking oats
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons organic vegan dark chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes for topping.

Instructions
 

  • 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond milk, oats, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and dark chocolate chips. Stir well to combine. Transfer into small jars, cover, and place into your fridge for 25 minutes or overnight.
  • 2. When ready to eat, take out of the fridge, top with coconut shavings, and enjoy!
