Blackberry Pie Crumble Bar Recipe

These jammy vegan blackberry oat crumble bars are gluten-free and vegan. They are naturally sweetened with bananas and dates, meaning no-refined sugar in this recipe. They are simple to make and taste delicious. Vegan, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 2/3 cup oat flour
  • 3 Medjool dates pitted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 medium ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions
 

  • Put the flour, dates, coconut oil, vanilla, and coconut milk in the food processor to form a dough.
  • Then spread half of the dough into a crust on the bottom of a parchment paper lined 4-inch square pie pan. 
  • Put the remaining ingredients in the food processor, turn it into a blackberry sauce.
  • Spread the sauce on the dough.
  • Spread the remaining dough in a top crust. Next, bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Slice into squares after cooled. Enjoy.
