Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1/4 avocado without skin and pit, removed
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Put everything in a blender. Blend and pour.
  • For best results, and ensure the smoothie ingredients don't separate, drink immediately.
