  • Prepare the Smoothie - In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen cauliflower, vanilla protein powder, almond milk, coconut yogurt, vanilla bean paste, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Adjust Consistency - Add additional almond milk for a thinner consistency, or an extra ice cube for a thicker smoothie.
  • Serve and Decorate - Pour the smoothie into clear cups. Use dark chocolate chips or edible googly eyes to create ghost faces on the inside of the glass, before pouring the smoothie for a spooky Halloween vibe. You can also use raw coconut meat or a vegan marshmallow to shape into a ghost and decorate the eyes the same as stated above.
  • Enjoy - Serve immediately for the best texture and taste.
