2. Vanilla Protein Powder - I highly recommend my E*Y*N plant-based vanilla protein powder. The vanilla adds to the depth of flavor in the recipe.
3. Cauliflower - For a creamy, nutrient-packed base.
4. Coconut Yogurt - Can swap for a dairy-free Greek yogurt for added creaminess.
5. Vanilla Bean Paste - This gives it the perfect vanilla bean flavor. Can swap with a high quality vanilla extract.
6. Maple Syrup - While maple syrup provides natural sweetness, it's also rich in antioxidants and has a lower glycemic index than refined sugars. This makes it a better option for balancing blood sugar levels, which is important for gut health.
7. Optional Ingredients: Dark chocolate chips or edible googly eyes for ghost face decoration. One or two ice cubes before blending adds to the thickness and makes it extra cold.
