I love raspberries for the beneficial effects it has on my skin. For instance, I see results within days of starting to incorporate raspberries back into my meals. After that, you will start to glow from within and your dark circles won’t look as dark.

Raspberries are especially beneficial for their powerful anti-aging compounds. Raspberries help to support the microcirculation of the skin surrounding the eye area. For instance, this can help lessen the appearance of undereye dark circles and make your eyes sparkle.

Raspberries provide the body with collagen-building nutrition from vitamin C. Vitamin C helps with anti-aging. The high content of manganese helps preserve mitochondrial health.
