Good sleep-calm nerves golden milk. Turmeric tea latte for calm nerves and good sleep. Turmeric saffron latte.

As a nutritionist, I get asked if there are drinks to calm my nerves? So, I created this drink to calm the nerves and help me get a good night’s sleep. An excellent drink for twitching nerves. I created this good sleep-calm nerves golden milk recipe to calm the nerves and help get a good night’s sleep. My husband was suffering from nerve damage throughout his body after a war injury and this nourishing drink was just the trick to help calm the twitching from overactive nerves throughout his body. This turmeric latte has a secret ingredient. If you just want a drink to help get a good night’s sleep or need to calm your nerves, this saffron latte drink is one you simply must try.

Although his nerve damage was extensive and took over a year for his body to become 90% better, this drink would significantly help for a few hours to calm the twitching that would run throughout his body. He did use medications, in the beginning, to help when the twitching was much more severe, but he began to slowly wean off those medications and this drink was just the remedy on those days he really needed to calm his nerves.

My husband had an extreme injury that resulted in nerve damage as the result of a pinched spinal nerve. Although his injury was severe, many individuals have similar nerve disorders, such as Bell’s palsy, multiple sclerosis, diabetes, or simply just anxiety that can all contribute to overactive nerve spasms, twitching and might feel the changes in the muscles that the nerves control. When nerve cells are damaged, neuropathy, there are changes to how they communicate with the brain, resulting in twitches or spasms. Even certain medications can cause neuropathy.

HEALTH AND BEAUTY BENEFITS OF ALMONDS

Almonds are truly a powerhouse of nutrients for the body. Almonds are an awesome dietary source for magnesium. Magnesium is a mineral we all need to maintain normal muscle and nerve function. Magnesium regulates adenosine triphosphate (ATP) through their partnership. ATP is our main unit of cellular energy within the body, responsible for muscle contraction and muscle relaxation. So if we are low in magnesium, our muscles can’t contract and relax properly.

Magnesium also helps improve your mood, keeps your brain healthy, and can help with blood pressure. Magnesium also can help reduce bloating and water retention by controlling fluid levels within the body. Almonds contain magnesium and potassium, which combined will combat puffiness.

Almonds are a rich source of vitamin E. Vitamin E is an important micronutrient great for your skin and hair health. It helps the cells surrounding your hair follicles which results in promoting healthy hair growth. Vitamin E not only boosts your skin’s moisture, but also helps support your immunity, reduce inflammation, and protect your cells from free radicals. Almonds are also full of fiber, protein, zinc, iron, calcium, and biotin.

Hot Nutrition Tip

If you normally eat peanut butter, try switching gears up and replace them with almond butter.

Here are some other magnesium-rich foods that you can incorporate into your daily diet today. Just like almonds, spinach, avocados, lentils, bananas, pumpkin seeds, cashews, peanuts, soybeans, and halibut are also very rich in magnesium.

If you are simply just having a stressful day or have an overactive mind that begs for a restful night, this saffron latte nerve tonic drink will become your new favorite evening ritual. If you are looking for a wonderful turmeric powder, consider FGO organic turmeric powder.
