Keto friendly banging butter chicken recipe.

Is butter chicken keto-friendly? Well, my keto-friendly banging butter chicken recipe is one of my go-to flavorful dishes. Butter chicken is a popular Indian recipe. This one I prepared to be keto-friendly. It is a delicious mix of creamy tomato sauce with a mixture of many fragrant spices that make up the typical garam masala spice mixture.

Garam masala is a mix of cumin, coriander, cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon, ground cloves, and nutmeg. So if you don’t have any garam masala, simply mix the above spices to create your own garam masala to keep in the pantry.

To date, the ketogenic diet has maintained its effectiveness, and gained wider attention among people seeking to lose weight faster.

The ketogenic diet is a low-carb, high-fat diet that causes weight loss and provides health benefits. It involves significantly reducing carbohydrate intake, while increasing protein to the levels necessary to maintain muscle mass. The calorie ratios approximate 70 percent fat, 25 percent protein, and 5 low-glycemic carbohydrates. This banging keto-friendly chicken recipe is the perfect lunch or dinner option.

Keto Health Benefits

There are many benefits that come with being on Ketogenic Diet, from weight loss and increased energy levels to therapeutic medical applications. Therefore, almost anyone can safely benefit from eating a low-carb, high-fat diet.

Most importantly, protein is included in every meal, as it helps reduce appetite, regulate blood glucose levels and preserve lean muscle mass. Therefore, some examples of protein-rich foods are fish, chicken, turkey, meat, eggs, and cheese. Protein drinks including whey protein isolate may be utilized.

Adequate fat intake is essential, as this enhances fat burning by the body, while reducing the synthesis of fatty acids in the body, which both promote fat loss. For example, some optimal sources of fats are fatty meats, fish, avocado, olive oil, nuts, and seeds.

  • 8 ounces of chicken breast
  • 4 cups of cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup of tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup of onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of Garam Masala
  • One tablespoon of coconut oil
  • Pinch of salt & pepper

Firstly, place a frying pan on medium heat with coconut oil.

Secondly, once the oil has melted, add the chopped onions, garlic, and spices. Next, cook until the onions are translucent.

After that, combine the coconut milk, tomato paste, and coconut flour together in a bowl, mix and add to the pan.

Next, slice the chicken into small cubes. After that, add the chicken back into the pan, cover and cook for 12-15 minutes.

Meanwhile, while the butter chicken is finishing up, shred the cauliflower to create cauliflower rice.

Placing a second pan on medium heat with olive oil, add the cauliflower rice, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Next, cook until the cauliflower resembles rice texture. Finally, once the butter chicken is done, combine both on a plate and enjoy.
