I'm Laura Villanueva, BSc in Nutrition Science & Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP).
I'm passionate about helping women understand what their bodies are trying to tell them; especially when it comes to digestion, hormones, energy, and food that actually works for their body.
My own journey started long before I ever became a nutritionist.
After being diagnosed with celiac disease, I spent years feeling unheard, overlooked, and confused by symptoms that never seemed to make sense. I went from doctor to doctor, trying every "quick fix," supplement, and trendy diet that promised relief… but nothing ever addressed what my body actually needed.
I knew there had to be a better way.
That's when I shifted my approach not toward restriction, but toward understanding my own biology, nurturing my digestion, and supporting my hormones through personalized nutrition and lifestyle rhythms.
What began as a deeply personal search for answers turned into Eat Your Nutrition™, a brand devoted to helping women build confidence, calm, and clarity with their health through food, habits, and sustainable wellness practices.

Professional Background
Laura Ann Villanueva, BSc Nutrition Science, NTP, is a leading voice in holistic nutrition and wellness, dedicated to helping women become the healthiest versions of themselves through a science-based, compassionate approach to food and lifestyle.
A certified holistic nutrition professional, wellness coach, author, and content creator, Laura is the creator of multiple online programs and guides, including the Radiant Healthy Eating Guide, Restore Your Gut Health Program, Anti-Inflammatory Meal Plan, and many more designed to empower women to thrive.
Laura graduated magna cum laude from Purdue University with a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition Science and holds advanced training in holistic nutrition, sports nutrition, weight management, gut health, hormone health, and health coaching. She is a proud graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (CHHC) and the Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) program, where she specialized in functional nutrition and root-cause healing, studying over 100 dietary theories including Ayurveda, Paleo, vegan, gluten-free, and macro-based approaches.
In addition to her clinical and coaching work, Laura is a wellness entrepreneur. She founded Eat Your Nutrition Skincare, a holistic skincare line, and later launched Eat Your Nutrition™ Supplements, a premium, FDA-registered brand supporting gut health, hormone balance, and overall wellness.
Laura's philosophy is rooted in her own healing journey and focuses on gut health, hormone balance, skin nutrition, digestive wellness, metabolic health, weight management, stress reduction, and chronic conditions. She blends evidence-based nutrition with holistic practices to help women restore balance, confidence, and vitality.
A dedicated student of Kundalini and Vinyasa yoga, Laura believes true wellness is built through mindfulness, gratitude, and self-connection. Her mission is simple: to inspire women to heal their bodies, reclaim their health, and live vibrant, nourished lives through holistic nutrition and mindful living.
