My education as a holistic nutritionist has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention. Drawing on my expertise, I work with my clients to help make healthy lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, discovering balanced eating, and finally fixing your digestive issues.
I started Eat Your Nutrition in 2019, as a place to share my nutrition and wellness knowledge to help others nourish their bodies through food and lifestyle changes.
My nutrition journey began way back when in my early high school days. I suffered from many food intolerances, low energy, anemia, and was underweight. There was no clear known reason at the time.
THEN I HIT THIS REALLY PIVOTAL MOMENT WHERE I LEARNED HOW TO HEAL MY OWN BODY THROUGH THE POWER OF FOOD
Flash forward a few years later in my early twenties, where I met a wonderful doctor who took note of my symptoms and ran several tests that led to my celiac disease diagnosis.
I discovered that I along with my food allergies, I also had endometriosis, another autoimmune disease. I immersed myself in the world of health and wellness as a way to heal my own body. While on this personal wellness journey, I discovered my love for nutrition science.
That was the exact moment it all changed for me. When I started owning my own health story...
I received my bachelor's degree in nutrition science. From there, I continued my studies, where I completed several certifications in gut health nutrition, holistic nutrition, sports nutrition, weight management specialist, nutrition & wellness consultant, and health & wellness coaching.
AND NOW I'M GOING TO HELP YOU OWN YOURS!
In 2020, I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to strengthen her coaching skills. I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories – Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between.
I use my own journey, together with my experience as a holistic gut health nutritionist, to explain how others can heal their bodies through proper nutrition and the incorporation of wellness techniques. My refreshing new approach to nutrition and healthy living has inspired many to make positive healthy lifestyle changes.
This holistic health blog is the place to be if you seek to live a healthy and natural lifestyle. My goal with this holistic wellness website is to help others understand that a healthy holistic living way of life doesn't have to be restrictive.
