Goji Strawberry Sherbet Smoothie Bowl Recipe
Equipment
- 1 Blender
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon baobab powder
- 1 ½ cups strawberries (Frozen)
- 2 tablespoons lemon, juice
- 2 banana (Sliced and frozen)
- 1 teaspoon goji berries, dried
- 6 ice cubes
Optional Toppings:
- banana (Sliced)
- strawberries (Sliced)
- granola
- chia seeds
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. You may need to tamper down the fruit and ice, because there is no liquid.
- If you have trouble blending, add a bit of water, one tablespoon at a time. This is meant to be the consistency of sherbet, not a regular smoothie consistency, but thicker.

You can add a touch of honey to sweeten this up if you don't prefer the tartness of this recipe. If you prefer a vegan-only option, add maple syrup in place of the honey. One teaspoon will do the trick.
