To make this healthy chicken fajita recipe, you will simply need to gather a few key ingredients that will create a high protein dish.

1. Chicken Breast - I recommend using skinless, boneless chicken breasts. a great source of protein, but rich in vitamins and minerals. Iron, B vitamins, potassium, phosphorus, zinc, magnesium, and selenium. Chicken is also a great source of B vitamins, which help in energy production, as well as help form red blood cells in the body.
2. Gluten-Free Tamari Sauce - This is a sauce similar to soy or teriyaki sauce.
3. Bell Peppers - I like the red bell peppers because they are the sweetest. As bell peppers ripen, they change color, and the green tends to be a bit more bitter.
4. Yogurt of Choice - I used plain almond milk yogurt, but Greek yogurt works well in this recipe too.
5. Fresh Dill - This adds a fresh brightness to the yogurt sauce.
6. Gluten-Free Tortillas - Any brand of gluten-free tortillas will work well. If you want to change things up, try my recipe for plantain tortilla wraps.
