3. Coconut Oil - You can substitute with dairy-free butter, avocado oil, or even regular butter.
4. Gluten-Free Quick Cooking Oats - I chose gluten-free quick cooking oats in this apple pie smoothie recipe because I have celiac disease. If you use regular oats, make sure they are still the quick cooking oats for easier digestion.
