You will need milk of choice, uncooked oats, almond butter, zucchini, vanilla extract, vanilla protein powder of choice, and pinch of sea salt. If you want to elevate the look and taste, add coconut whipped cream and festive sprinkles on top.

Serves 1

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons uncooked oats
  • 1/2 tablespoon of almond butter
  • 1/4 of a zucchini, peeled
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • Pinch of sea salt 

Optional toppings: whipped cream and sprinkles 

DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Top with whipped cream and sprinkles. Enjoy this easy frosted sugar cookie smoothie recipe immediately.
