A rhythm-based approach to nourishment
The Harmony Method™ is a way of eating I created as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP). It's built on four pillars that help you plan simple, varied meals around your week and notice how food fits with your digestion, hormones and mood.
I built it because most of the women I work with don't need another strict plan. They need a way of eating that fits real schedules, tastes good and doesn't fall apart the first busy week.
The Four Harmony Pillars™
Each pillar works on its own. Together, they give your week a steady rhythm.
Pillar 01
Rotation
Rotate foods and meals through your week so you eat a wider mix of plants, proteins and fats. Variety gives your gut bacteria more to work with and keeps meals from getting boring.
Pillar 02
Gut-Hormone-Mood
Pay attention to how what you eat connects with your digestion, your hormones and your mood. Notice patterns, like how you feel after certain meals or at different points in your cycle, so you can make choices that work for your body.
Pillar 03
Flavor Infusion
Use herbs, spices and simple cooking techniques so nourishing meals actually taste good. If healthy food tastes flat, it won't last. Flavor is what keeps you coming back to it.
Pillar 04
Mindful Meal Mapping
Plan meals around your real schedule, not an ideal one. Look at the week ahead, know which nights are busy and prep in a way that makes the next few days easier.
Who the Harmony Method Is For?
- Women who want to eat for gut and hormone health without following a rigid diet.
- Anyone who starts strong on Monday and loses steam by Thursday.
- Busy people who want a simple weekly meal rhythm.
- People who are tired of bland "healthy" food.
The Harmony Method is an educational framework, not medical treatment. If you have a diagnosed condition, work with your healthcare provider on changes to your diet.
