1 cup berries, mixed (I love blackberries, blueberries, and strawberries).
1 banana
½ teaspoon cinnamon, ground
1 handful greens, mixed (I like spinach and kale).
½ tablespoon coconut oil (Try flax oil or cod liver oil).
½ tablespoon Better Body Superseed Blend (Try chia or flax seeds).
¼ cup yogurt of choice (Unsweetened coconut yogurt is delicious).

Optional Toppings

1 tablespoon coconut flakes, unsweetened (Unsweetened)
