This peach ginger-infused flavored water is one of my favorite fruit-infused waters for the body. Hydration is so important when it comes to health. You might ask yourself, “What is infusion water?” Well, it is simply water flavored with various combinations of fruits, herbs, and even vegetables. A glass with a few slices of lemon is also infusion water. Most people will also refer to that as detox water. However, fruit-infused water doesn’t actually “detox” your body. Ready to find out some peach infused water benefits?

For example, lemon water is a tasty way to drink more water throughout the day. Our body naturally detoxifies our body through the liver and other natural bodily processes. So “detox waters” are simply a marketing ploy. The simple act of drinking more water helps your body “detox” by helping transport waste products out of the body through sweat, urine, and even breathing. However, there are many wonderful peach-infused water benefits, and that is another notable reason to consider this drinking this ginger-infused flavored water.

The health benefits of this delicious fruit, peaches, may help provide relieve of hypokalemia, obesity, cholesterol, blood stasis, and neurodegenerative diseases. Peaches also help keep your digestion running smoothly due to the fiber content.

In addition, peaches are a wonderful source of potassium, vitamin A, beta-carotene, and vitamin C. The antioxidants in peaches help recovery quicker from skin issues, including blemishes and spots. This is why water infused with peach has so many great health benefits especially for the skin.

Peaches also contain magnesium, which can help with anxiety and stress levels by helping keep the nervous system calm. Studies have shown magnesium treatment helps recover from the symptoms of major depression (1).
