This peach ginger-infused water is one of my favorite detoxing-infused waters for the body. Hydration is so important when it comes to health. You might be asking yourself, “What is infusion water?” Well, it is simply water flavored with various combinations of fruits, herbs, and even vegetables. A glass with a few slices of lemon is also infusion water. Most people will also refer to that as detox water. There are many wonderful peach-infused water benefits, and that is another notable reason to consider this drinking this water.
Most people don’t drink enough water during the day. I have often heard so many people complain about how boring and bland the taste of plain water is. Well, here is an easy way to infuse the water with some flavor without adding in any excess or unnecessary sugar.
Peach and ginger-infused water are just one of the many flavors I enjoy when it comes to infused water. So, if you dislike the taste of plain water, consider infusing your water to add a flavor punch.

The health benefits of peach fruit include relief from hypokalemia, obesity, cholesterol, blood stasis, and neurodegenerative diseases. Peaches also help aid in cleansing and eliminating the toxic waste from the intestines.
They are a wonderful source of potassium, vitamin A, beta-carotene, and vitamin C. The antioxidants in peaches help recovery quicker from skin issues including blemishes and spots.
Peaches also contain magnesium, which can help with anxiety and stress levels by helping keep the nervous system calm. Studies have shown magnesium treatment helps in recovering from the symptoms of major depression (1).

PEACH GINGER INFUSED WATER
INGREDIENTS:
- 6 slices of peach
- 8 ounces of water
- 3 slices of ginger
DIRECTIONS:
In a mason jar container, add in sliced peaches, ginger, and water. After that, let it infuse for 3-4 hours. Enjoy.
