🩺 Baobab Health Benefits
So, let's talk about this unknown ingredient, baobab powder. It comes from the baobab fruit in South Africa. It can help reduce inflammation, balance blood sugar levels.
Baobab is rich in vitamins and minerals, especially vitamin C. In addition, baobab also contains potassium and magnesium, plus loaded with antioxidants. Baobab powder is perfect not only in smoothies, but also in oatmeal or breakfast porridge. I have also added it to my granola recipes to increase the nutrient content.

⭐️ Goji Strawberry Smoothie Recipe Notes
You can add a touch of honey to sweeten this up if you don't prefer the tartness of this recipe. If you prefer a vegan-only option, add maple syrup in place of the honey. One teaspoon will do the trick.
If you want to make this less of a dessert or snack, and more of a meal, add a scoop of protein powder as you blend it up.
