Creamy Broccoli Au Gratin

Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli (Roughly one head of broccoli)
- 1 24 ounce jar alfredo sauce, dairy-free (Primal Kitchen No-Dairy Alfredo sauce)
- 1 tablespoon thyme, fresh (Chopped)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper, ground
- 8 ounces cheese, cheddar (Dairy-free, shredded)
Instructions
- Preheat broiler oven. Spray a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
- Fill a large pot with water. Add a teaspoon of salt. Bring water to a boil. Add broccoli, cook until vegetables are tender, about 2 minutes. Drain.
- Pour broccoli into a baking dish. Top with Alfredo sauce and sprinkle with fresh thyme and black pepper.
- Sprinkle the top with shredded cheese or cheese alternative.
- Broil until lightly browned for about three minutes. Let the broccoli Au gratin stand for a few minutes before serving.
