So, I made a "heart beet" smoothie that will not only be good for your body, but also reddish pink for the day of love celebration. Beets are also a heart healthy vegetable that is perfect to help protect against heart disease.

It's easy to make and perfect for a quick breakfast or snack, but also suitable for any time of the day. This smoothie is full of great ingredients and tastes delicious. The ingredients include these below.
