There are a million smoothie recipes out there, but I truly think this good morning green smoothie recipe I created is the perfect blend that not only tastes amazing but is so good for you. Kids also love this vegan green smoothie.
Spinach contains fiber, antioxidants, vitamin K. It is also a great source of vitamin C and iron.
Cucumber keeps you hydrated. This vegetable contains potassium, which helps stabilize your blood pressure. The skin also contains Vitamin C, so I recommend leaving the skin on while you add it to this smoothie.

HEALTHY VEGAN GREEN SMOOTHIE RECIPE
- 1 cup of spinach or kale
- 1/4 cup of pineapple
- 1 cucumber
- Juice of half of a lemon
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 a pear
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until all ingredients are well combined and smooth.
