Spinach contains fiber, antioxidants, vitamin K. It is also a great source of vitamin C and iron.

Cucumber Health Benefits

Cucumber keeps you hydrated. This vegetable contains potassium, which helps stabilize your blood pressure. The skin also contains Vitamin C, so I recommend leaving the skin on while you add it to this recipe.

The sweet balance of the pineapple, cucumber, and pear is such a delicious flavor combination, you will forget that you are nourishing your body with a tasty green smoothie. Simply blend all ingredients first thing in the morning, and you have an easy breakfast to take on the go with a sweet green twist. 

Healthy Vegan Green Smoothie Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of spinach or kale
  • 1/4 cup of pineapple
  • 1 cucumber
  • Juice of half of a lemon
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 a pear

DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until all ingredients are well combined and smooth.
