A good basic salad dressing recipe is one kitchen essential everyone needs to have on hand. This apple cider vinaigrette dressing is so light and fresh. I know a lot of people who depend on store-bought salad dressings, but once you realize how quickly this recipe is to create, you won’t want to rely on those preservative-laden salad dressing on the store shelves anymore.
Apple Cider Vinegar Salad Dressing Recipe
Makes about 1 large cup
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
- Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
Store this apple cider vinaigrette dressing in an airtight container for up to 7 days in the refrigerator.
