This smoothie tastes just like the ice cream dessert from your childhood, but is full of immune-boosting ingredients that you and your family will love.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk of choice such as unsweetened coconut or almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 2 oranges peeled, and cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut flakes
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Put everything in a blender. Blend and pour into a glass. Serve immediately.
