INGREDIENTS
2 cups raspberries
PINK COCONUT CREAM INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup coconut cream, refrigerated (you can also use the thick non-liquid part that separates and rises to the top of the coconut milk from a can).
- 2 tablespoons raspberries
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL TOPPINGS
- Honey
- Cinnamon
- Coconut flakes
- Mint leaves
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
Firstly, blend all the pink coconut cream ingredients in a blender.
STEP 2
Next after that, divide berries into two serving bowls and pour the pink coconut cream over top. Top with the additional toppings if desired.
