💞 What's So Special About My Raspberry Topping For Cheesecake?

I have a secret super food ingredient in my yogurt raspberry topping that will surprise you. So, what is the special ingredient?

It's Goji berries ground up into a powder. Yummy, and brings out that pretty pink color. My Goji berry powder, an adaptogen, is the perfect addition to other recipes. Try adding it to oatmeal or even smoothie recipes.

🩺 Raspberry Health Benefits

I have talked about the amazing health benefits of raspberries before. But, it's worth stating that this tasty little berry packs a huge punch in the nutrition department.

Fiber is one of the huge health benefits. One cup of raspberries has 8 grams of fiber, is low in calories, brimming full of vitamin C, and also anti-inflammatory for the body.
