This versatile root vegetable is rich in vitamins A, C, and E, which are essential for maintaining a healthy immune system, promoting good vision, and supporting skin health.

Studies indicate they can help with blood sugar regulation, especially caiapo, which is a white-colored sweet potato.

Moreover, the low glycemic index of sweet potatoes makes them a great choice for maintaining steady energy levels and supporting weight management.
