2. Strawberries - I prefer strawberries to complement well with the dragon fruit in this basil pudding recipe. They are a more neutral tasting berry, while still adding that sweet berry flavor.
3. Basil Seeds - These powerful seeds are great for gut health and are lectin free. Loaded with fiber to support healthy digestion. I like the brand, Zen Basil.
4. Milk of Choice - I like unsweetened almond milk the best.
