To make this easy BBQ salmon with mango salsa recipe, you will simply need to gather a few key ingredients to create the perfect summer dinner recipe today.

1. Salmon Fillets - You need to get your hands on a few salmon fillets for this BBQ glazed salmon recipe! I prefer fresh salmon over frozen, but frozen will work too, if you defrost before making this glazed salmon recipe.
2. Cauliflower Rice - I kept this recipe low carb by opting for cauliflower rice. However, traditional rice or wild rice work equally.
3. Mango - This adds a fresh sweetness to the homemade salsa recipe. Prepare it for any salmon recipes with mango.
4. Tomatoes & Green Chiles - I always keep small cans of tomatoes with green chilies in my pantry to add a kick of flavor to any recipe.
5. Red Onion - I prefer red onion in my homemade mango salsa recipe. You can swap it with white onion if that is all you have on hand.
6. Maple Syrup - This adds just the right amount of sweetness to my BBQ glazed salmon recipe.
7. Lime - I used the juice and zest to kick up that citrus flavor that balances the BBQ seasonings.
8. Coconut Sugar - I used this ingredient for the BBQ rub on the glazed salmon, but you can swap with the same ratio of maple syrup instead.
9. Spices - I used sea salt, onion, chili, and garlic powder with paprika. You can swap regular paprika for smoked paprika too.
10. Extra Virgin Olive Oil - I typically use a lot of olive oil in my recipes, because the flavor is neutral in taste.
11. Garlic - This ingredient was used to flavor the cauliflower rice. It is optional, but if you opt out, the rice will be bland.
12. Optional Toppings - I like to top it with some fresh scallions and toasted sesame seeds. Scallions add a mild onion flavor to this dish.
