Make lettuce wraps your new best friend, they're versatile, and you can fill a nice leaf of lettuce with whatever you fancy, from chicken to shrimp, ground beef, or tempeh, whatever you fill it with. There's just something about eating a wrap that screams comfort and indulgence.
I love to serve these alone for a quick snack or light lunch idea. You can try this healthy lunch salad in a wrap with a side of tomato soup. I also love to add some slice avocado to get a boost of additional healthy fats into the meal.
