Certified holistic nutritionist, nutrition and wellness author, content creator, and author. Laura is also the creator of several online programs, including Radiant Healthy Eating Guide, The Wellness Simplified Quick Start Guide, and Laura’s 10-day Wellness Challenge, and many other guides and programs.
Laura founded her nutrition and wellness website. After graduating magna cum laude from Purdue University, she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Science (BHsc). Laura continued her studies, where she completed several certifications in holistic nutrition, sports nutrition, weight management specialist, nutrition & wellness consultant, and health & wellness coaching. Laura is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Applied Nutrition.
In addition, in 2020, Laura graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to strengthen her coaching skills. She learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories – Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between. She obtained her cerificate in health coaching (CHHC), gut health, and hormone health from the Integrative Nutrition in N.Y.
In 2019, Laura also founded La Villa Skincare Collection, a holistic, vegan, and cruelty-free skincare line. In 2023, she expanded her holistic nutrition business and created a nutrition supplement brand, Eat Your Nutrition™ nutritional supplements.
Laura Villanueva uses her own journey to explain how others can heal their bodies through proper nutrition and the incorporation of wellness techniques. She inspires readers through her serene way of living. Areas of interest include gut health, hormonal health, digestive health, food allergies, chronic diseases, metabolic syndrome, weight management, stress management, holistic health and nutrition, and facilitating self-discovery.
