Hate Mayo?

If you dislike mayo, leave it completely out and double the amount of avocado. The creamy texture from the avocado provides enough moisture to bind the deviled egg mixture.

Laura's Recipe Tips

Using a food processor is recommended for the smoothest, creamiest filling. It helps blend the avocado and egg yolks into a light, fluffy texture. If you don't have a food processor, you can mash the ingredients together with a fork or use a hand mixer for a slightly chunkier, but still delicious, result.

One serving is one whole egg (which is two deviled egg halves). Since the recipe uses 6 eggs, it makes 6 servings total.
