Bioflavonoids boost lymph flow and strengthen blood vessels, which can be beneficial in preventing varicose veins. Other bioflavonoid rich foods include: oranges, grapefruit, grapes, garlic, and limes.

  • Juice of one lemon
  • 3 tablespoons rosemary oil
  • 2 tablespoons aloe vera gel

A wonderful beauty benefit of lemons is by brightening up dull looking skin. They also have astringent and antiseptic properties, which can help brighten up dull skin. Lemons have a natural bleaching property. If you notice your skin is looking a bit dull, try mixing a bit of lemon juice with soothing oatmeal, and apply for 20 minutes, rinse skin thoroughly.
