Oh the mighty little seed. These gems are filled with healthy fats and nutrients that will help our body thrive.


These seeds are at the top of the list of healthy foods to buy. You might occasionally put these types of seeds in your smoothies or on your oatmeal, but don’t underestimate the astonishing nutritional profile they have.

Hemp seeds are indeed often overlooked when it comes to healthy foods to buy.

However, they are packed with numerous health benefits that make them worthy of inclusion in your diet. These tiny seeds are a rich source of essential nutrients such as protein, fiber, healthy fats, and minerals.

Plus, it tends to be a little lower in calories, but still packs a powerful flavor punch. 

Another option for Greek yogurt is to make a yogurt parfait for breakfast. Simply top plain, non-fat Greek yogurt with your favorite fruits, add some honey or nut butter, and a handful of chia seeds, and you’re good to go.
