Units Scale
  • 1 cup of tightly packed spinach
  • 1/2 ripe medium banana
  • 1/4 of an avocado, without skin and pit, removed
  • 1 Tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk


  1. Put everything in a blender. Blend and pour.
  2. For best results, and ensure the smoothie ingredients don’t separate, drink immediately.
