Beef Stew Meat - To make crock pot beef stew, you'll need some high-quality stew meat, which becomes tender and flavorful during slow cooking.
Gluten-Free Flour - A gluten-free flour such as almond or cassava helps coat the beef and creates a slightly thickened broth for a richer texture.

Onion - This aromatic ingredient is one you don't want to skip out on because it adds more depth of flavor to the stew.
Carrots - These root vegetables add natural sweetness, antioxidants, and gut-friendly fiber to the dish.
Mushrooms - A great source of immune-boosting beta-glucans and umami flavor, mushrooms make this stew heartier and more nutritious.
Potatoes - Using potatoes (or sweet potatoes for extra fiber) provides energy and helps create a creamy, thick consistency.
Celery - Adds a refreshing crunch and natural saltiness while being an excellent source of fiber.
Spices - A blend of garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, bay leaf, smoked paprika, and dried rosemary creates a well-rounded and aromatic flavor profile.
Sea Salt & Black Pepper - Essential for seasoning and enhancing the natural flavors of the ingredients.
Fresh Parsley - Used as a garnish, parsley adds freshness and extra nutrients like vitamin C.
Worcestershire Sauce - A gluten-free Worcestershire sauce adds depth and umami flavor to the stew.
Olive Oil - Used for searing the meat, olive oil brings healthy fats and enhances the stew's overall richness.
Tomato Paste - Adds a mild tanginess and helps deepen the overall flavor of the stew.
Garlic - Fresh garlic is a powerful antioxidant that boosts immune function and enhances flavor.
