You can use minced garlic in your cooking, add it to sauces, and even make it into a tea if you need a quick option for relief. You can also find it in capsule form, though this may not give you the same benefit as raw garlic.

Turmeric is a Superfood Spice, Great for Reducing Inflammation

A golden wonder, turmeric’s active compound, curcumin, is celebrated for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, playing a significant role in immune support.
